Adrienne, an American writer and actress, is the star in some horror classics. As a former dancer, she rose to fame by playing a character in genre movies. For instance, in the Broadway musical Grease she portrayed the determined and resilient Rizzo. There is a belief that her work as Bea Arthur's child Maude on the show Maude which was a hit on television, was also among the most important. Following her husband's casting in the commercially successful horror film Fog she was cast in other sci fi thrillers. In The Cannonball Run, she performed a role as a comic.
