Barber won her fight against Montana De La Rosa at UFC Fight Night 205 in April 2022, by a majority decision. Barber then replaced Casey O'Neill at the UFC 276 fight on July 2, 2022, and was up against Jessica Eye. The match was also decided by unanimous decision. It was also the last fight under her current contract with UFC, but she later signed a new contract with the company later in the year. Barber beat Andrea Lee in her last fight on March 25, 2023 during UFC Fight Night Vera-Sandhagen by the majority of a victory.
